Shipping Instructions

1. While plastic is still on bike, use masking tape to mark intersections of tank and side panels. Also do this along the tail section if it joins other plastic. Cut the tape where the plastic intersects. This allows us to line up the patterns and to get the spacing correct for your bike.

2. Remove all plastic and connectors. Take pictures or notes as neccessary to allow you to reassemble. Place all bolts, nuts, spacers, etc.. in a ziploc bag for safe keeping.

3. If sending tank, drain ALL gas and remove gas cap.

4. Clean all parts with mild soap and water to remove any grease, dirt and other contaminates.

5. Label all parts with your name, telephone number, and e-mail address on a piece of tape. Also write a description of the work to be completed.

6. Find a suitable box for your plastic and/or tank. Check local body shops, mailing centers, etc... Place your items in an old sheet or blanket and wrap that with bubble wrap. Put it in the box making sure that it is not touching box. Make sure to include your instruction sheet.
